Corrugated Hose Assemblies
Stainless steel corrugated hose assemblies with TIG-welded fittings and flanges, built to BS 6501 standards in AISI 304/316/321. Suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature applications (up to +700°C), thoroughly tested, and available with single, double, or triple braid. Test certificates provided on request.

Application
The manufacture of stainless-steel flexible hoses involves the use of tested stainless-steelstrips conforming to AISI304/316L/316 or 321. The specific application of the hose very often decides the grade of material. The hose is of annular construction and the convoluted formation determines its flexibility. These types of hoses find extensive application where pressures and temperatures are involved.
Our Standard manufacturing range consists of class B flexibility as per BS 6501 part I 1991. Specific requirementsof fine pitch hoses with maximum flexibility of class C as per BS 6501 Part I 1991 can be met from this manufacturing facility. Range of products 1/4″ ID to 12” ID.

Technical Specifications
- Applicable Standard: Flexibility: Type B, BS6501 Part 1
- Temperature Range: Continuous: -200°C to + 700°C
- Test Pressure 1.5 times in working pressure
- The above pressure ratings are for fluid and ambient temperature of 30 deg C
- The burst pressure in 4 times the maximum working pressure
- We also supply hoses with lesser bend radius/ higher pressure rating on request
Testing
- All Hoses are pneumatically tested
- Hydraulic tests are conducted on samples picked at random-grade wise, batch wise.
- Test certificates for the material and hose are furnished upon-request
